I first saw Revlon Nail Art "Moon Candy" in a magazine ad that really caught my eye. (Something along the lines of ... OOOH SHINY!)
I've tried a lot of glitter polishes, but this one had a cool quality to it that seemed a little different. I really like the iridescent quality, and I was curious to see if I could re-create the look I liked at home, without the help of a professional manicurist (or Photoshop!).
What do you think? You like?
Here's the ad that caught my eye!
If Emma Stone can do it, why then so can I!
Revlon Nail Art "Moon Candy" (about $6 or $7 at drugstores) comes in 10 shades, each of which has two colors in one set. I decided to try "Universe," which is a dark, dark plum/raisin shade with a sort of golden iridescent sparkle side. But I wanted to try to get the effect pictured in the very top photo above -- the sort of blingy French manicure.
