Angelina Jolie's 'World War Z' Dress Was the Perfect Choice Post-Surgery (PHOTO)

angelina jolieAngelina Jolie made her first public post-mastectomy appearance at the World War Z premiere on Sunday, June 2, and stunned in a black, floor-length custom St. Laurent gown. The dress had a high neckline, which was juxtaposed nicely with black sheer-paneled cutouts that showed off her toned abs and torso. The 37-year-old mom of six wore her hair down and used little makeup to play up her features. It may have been Brad Pitt's night, but Angelina nearly stole the show.

She's no fool -- after the article she wrote detailing her decision to have both breasts removed, many people would be curious to see America's biggest celebrity's after-shots. Angelina explained that she had breast augmentation surgery and used implants to re-create what was once there, and the result, it would seem, is that there's no noticeable difference, which I'm sure is what she was aiming for.

And the dress was likely strategic -- it was sexy, glamorous, and on-trend, but it didn't show too much skin. The cut and the cutouts of the gown draw the eye to her shoulders, face, and abs.

Brad, on the other hand, obviously got Jennifer Aniston's haircut in the divorce and looked mildly ridiculous on the red carpet.

Do you like Angelina's dress?
