Give or take, 90 percent of the time celebrities go under the knife for some sort of plastic surgery and I just can't help but wonder WHY. Yeah yeah, there's nothing wrong with getting a little bit of somethin' here or there, but when things go bad, man do they go BAD. 

We all know the famous cases, the worst cases. The Bruce Jenners, the Heidi Montags. Maybe it's something in the water out there in Hollywood that warps what the true perception of beauty really is. Either way, 2012 has come and gone and we have a whole slew of new plastic surgery fails to dish on.
