Christina Hendricks Flips Out After Being Called 'Full-Figured' (VIDEO)

Christina HendricksOh Christina Hendricks, I think we have to have a little chat. First, I'd like to tell you how much I adore you and everything about Joan Harris. I think you play a fantastic sassy, confident role model for women everywhere, and shoot -- would I KILL for her sexy yet classy wardrobe.

With that said, I'd also like to address your, ahem, ladies. Big enough to have their own zip code, your alleged 38-DDD breasts are definitely something you're not afraid of showing off. And while I understand you don't want to let them define you, I was pretty shocked when you told fashion editor for Australia's Sun-Herald Kate Waterhouse that referring to you as full-figured was "rude."

Actually, I was dumbfounded. Christina, what's the problem here?

Last year, you told You magazine that you love your breasts, and want to celebrate what you were born with even if it is a bit inconvenient. I'm sorry, but if that's not "I am woman, hear me roar," I don't know what is.

Being full-figured doesn't mean you're gargantuan. It doesn't mean you're fat. It means you have simply that, a fuller-figure. You fill out clothes better and you have more oomph. There are a LOT of women out there, Christina, that are very much like you. OK, so maybe they don't have DDDs, but they've got the oomph, too. They want someone to look up to. And why shouldn't that woman be you?

I say rather than deny your full-figure status, embrace it. Show women everywhere that, yes, it is something to be proud of and, yes, you can work with it.
