Remember that time Kanye West told Kim Kardashian to lose weight so she could look more like Beyonce? Yeah, that was awkward. (Long pause.) But, hey, remember the time Kim Kardashian actually took Kanye West's advice and went on a diet? Yeah, that was ... totally not necessary.
Kim, who supposedly has claimed she's gained weight due to being "comfortable" in her relationship with Kanye West, was recently quoted as saying: "Since I started QuickTrim again a few weeks ago, I'm down 6 lbs!!! Yay best feeling. I was getting discouraged but now I'm so motivated! I'm hoping to slim down a little bit, and I'm not afraid to say it."
Yes, Kim endorses QuickTrim, but let's pretend she doesn't for a minute. Let's just talk about why Kim Kardashian definitely shouldn't lose weight -- see, look what she looks like as a "super skinny" person!
Kim Kardashian is known for her voluptuous curves. And Kim Kardashian is liked for her voluptuous curves. The basis for Kim K's entire style is, well, her body. Tight dresses, super-low plunging necklines, body-hugging everything -- it's what Kim does (well). And although it's not my particular style, per se, it looks damn good on her. I don't think she's aiming to lose anything drastic on her "QuickTrim diet", but one pound too many could seriously affect her style. And with the current state of this country, I think we can all agree -- we can't afford that.
So look long and hard at that photo, friends. Shoddy craftsmanship on my part, yeah, but you get the idea. That's what Kim would look like with an ectomorph body type. Doesn't really suit her, does it? Kim looks good as is. She shouldn't change a thing -- no matter who tells her to!
