Did you happen to see Jersey Shore star Deena Nicole Cortese at the VMAs last week? The 25-year-old showed off her body in a tight black mini dress and wowed everyone with her new, uh, face. Seems like Deena's had some subtle work done -- fillers? botox? brow lift? -- but whatever she's doing, it's working, because girl looked good ... even if she is a little unrecognizable.
Deena's not the only one who's undergone a transformation ever since busting onto the MTV scene a few years ago. In fact, every cast member has dramatically changed their appearance since the cameras started rolling in 2009. I have never watched this show, ever, but I think they all look relatively the same. Maybe better make up or a hair cut or not so drunk but not shockingly different as the title implies.

@sr...I totally agree...deena looks like she's had some work done...but nothing shocking like the title of this piece claims....and everyone else looks the same.
I swear... If there's ever a blog site I aspire to writing on, THIS is not the one! All of the bloggers write c-r-a-p! None of these before & after photos look ANY different (except for the makeup for Deena, Snooki & Jenni) and the entire "article" is laughable. So glad I've got a legit day job because working for this site couldn't possibly earn anyone a living.

The only one that really changed significantly is Deena. All the others were good looking from the beggining, and just re-defined their style. I'd like to see them less tanned...... Mike is not aging well, while on the other hand, Vinny look more mature and handsome.
I don't see much change other than growing older
