I really didn't think it was possible for him to get anymore lovable, but after hearing that Jef Holm was spotted helping Emily Maynard shop for clothes earlier this week, I'm convinced he's the catch of the century.
Jef and Emily were seen walking hand-in-hand at SouthPark mall in Charlotte (Ahh! I've been there a million times!), and according to an eyewitness, "Jef was helping her go through the racks at Nordstroms."
And if the fact that Emily doesn't mind Jef having an influence on her style isn't a sign of true commitment, I don't know what is.
She definitely doesn't need any help when it comes to looking perfectly put together, but getting Jef involved in the process of selecting pieces for her wardrobe shows that looking good for her man is a top priority. And knowing that your significant other thinks you look amazing in whatever you're wearing is one of the best feelings a woman can have.
Back when my husband and I were dating (like a million years ago), he used to go shopping and surprise me with cute pieces he'd picked out because he knew they'd look perfect on me. And I always felt so beautiful and proud when I wore them, and after a while, I started to take note of what he liked and incorporated his favorite looks into my style a bit more.
And while no woman should ever completely alter her style just to please the man in her life (yes, I'm talking to you, Kim Kardashian), sometimes paying attention to what your partner likes can really give you the extra push you need to step out of the box a little and try new things.
(Who knew falling in love could make a girl even more fashionable?)
Do you ever let your man shop for you?
