I keep my hair short and styled. I do think ponytails belong on little girls and young women/coeds, unless you're exercising or doing something else where it needs to be pulled back (like working in an industry where long hair is a safety or sanitation issue). Back when I was a manager, it drove me nutty to see "professional" women with their hair pulled back in a simply pony. Just my opinion.
