katy perryKaty Perry was in Rio de Janeiro promoting her movie, Katy Perry 3-D or something, and she turned a lot of heads in the gold cocktail dress she wore. The cut-outs say sex, the sleeves say girly, the length says demure, and the color says fun. Needless to say, the "Wide Awake" singer's frock was shouting a lot of things at us, but all we could really see through all the glitz were Katy's Perrys. Hello! Her boobs were stuffed into that dress tighter than a five-pound sausage in a three-pound bag. I mean, Fifty Shades of Grey? More like Fifty Shades of Katy Perry's Bondage Boobs in Gold. (Nailed it.)

Katy let her Perrys do the talking and kept the rest of her outfit simple -- her hair was a naturally-occurring color, her makeup was simple, her nails weren't distracting, and her maroon suede pumps didn't draw attention downward. (If you're wondering what she's doing in the gold and maroon tones during July, hint: it's winter in Brazil right now.)

Instead, all the attention went to Katy's bust, where things seemed to defy gravity. Showing just enough, her dress managed to titillate without being too revealing. She's no stranger to showing off her cleavage -- everything from film reels to pinwheels have been used to get our attention -- but with this dress, she reached the pinnacle of cleavage. I don't think it gets much better than this. It's hot, it's sexy, and it's somewhat conservative. Thumbs up.
