I started making smoothies about 2 months ago, I replace a meal with a mixed berry & spinich smoothie. My face cleared up within a week! I use a scoop of frozen yogurt, splash of milk, handful of frozen strawberries (about 7 large, I buy them fresh, wash, cut, & freeze) 1/2 banana, handfull of spinich, about a 1/2 cup of rasberries, 1/4 cup blueberries and blend! Sometimes I change it up a bit but you get the idea.

I love juicing, I do it about once a week and my husband does it with me. It is a nice way to replace a meal and feel good about it instead of just starving yourself!

I love smoothies in the mornings. You can always change up the ingredients so it never gets old. If it has blueberries I'm all over it ;)
