Jennifer Love Hewitt's Real Face Is Better Than Her Fake One (VIDEO)

jennifer love hewittJennifer Love Hewitt tweeted this photo of herself on Tuesday, and I seriously had to do a double-take and study it for a second to believe it was really her. Wow. Isn't it amazing just how different celebs look when they aren't wearing an ounce of makeup?

Honestly -- if you didn't know this picture was of Hewitt, would you think it was her or just some random girl? Without her false eyelashes and several layers of eyeshadow, she's almost unrecognizable.

Jennifer really does look beautiful when she's all glammed up on the red carpet, but this photo just goes to show that she could probably dial back the heavy factor a tad in the makeup department. When she's au naturel, she looks so much fresher, and she also appears a lot younger than her 33 years. She could definitely pass for a gal in her 20s or possibly even an 18-year-old. Doesn't she look like some sort of blossoming Disney star when she's not all done up?

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big believer in throwing on a little makeup before you leave the house just so you look more put together and ready to take on the day. However, you really don't need gobs of eye makeup or fake lashes to make a statement. Plus, all that fake stuff appears, well -- fake. (Imagine that.)

And even though a lot of women think otherwise, plenty of guys dig a girl who doesn't overdo it with cosmetics. Hewitt revealed her celebrity crush on Adam Levine to Ellen DeGeneres, which you can see in the video clip below. Maybe she'd score a date with him if she laid off on the glue a bit?

Do you think Jennifer looks better with or without makeup?
