I caught this photo posted on Michelle Obama's Twitter page recently and OMG, I LOVE this woman's sense of style!
Being FLOTUS doesn't offer a whole lot of opportunity for risk-taking when it comes to fashion, but I think Mrs. O. does a wonderful job of staying current and yet remaining well within the bounds of what's acceptable for a president's wife.
What do you think of her look?
If you'd like to copy the First Lady's style, it's easy and inexpensive. Check it out:

Start with a cheery yellow cardigan (Lands' End Canvas, $29.99 on sale) ...

... and pair it with a red shell (Talbots, $39.50).
Finish it off with a vibrant purple pencil skirt (Victoria's Secret, $44.50) and wham! You've got the look!
What do you think of FLOTUS's ensemble? Is this look something you'd try?

I think she looks fabulous. She has that natural, effortless style that is hard to copy.
I dont like all three of those colors together. it looks like barney ate at mcdonalds.
While I have to agree with two ^^^^ above statements about those colors, I think she usually looks fabulous. Doesn't make me like her anymore or less, but it's nice to see that youthful, and stylish appearance in a First Lady. Granted she is younger than a lot of them, but it seem most politicians and or wives of, end up shopping in the "Granny" section. Still don't like her husband, but you have to admire her style.
I like her look. It's kind of fun and funky without being over-the-top. She does a good job of showing how you can have fun with a professional wardrobe - it doesn't have to be suits, heels, and pearls all the time!
I'm not a fan of our president, but his wife is definitely a classy and well dressed First Lady. She dresses nicely and appropriately for her age.
I think each piece is great by itself, but too much all together. I'd limit it to two bright and contrasting colors. Three makes my head hurt.
Yes, I do admire her style! I don't think she selects her clothing in the "Granny" section...she's got style. Have you seen her outfit on "Kids Choice Awards 2012"? Diffenetly not a "Granny" selection!!
She's the first First Lady since Jackie O to have a sense of style that extends beyond frumpy suits... and I appreciate that!
