Those Jersey Shore girls, if it's not one thing, it's another, isn't it? Snooki's knocked up and now Deena Nicole Cortese has had plastic surgery. Allegedly. Eh? Probably. And more power to her -- she's got the money and the time, so she should do what she likes with her face. The fact of the matter is, whatever she had done looks pretty good.
We know from Deena's interview with the New York Post back in August that she's had a nose job, so it's obvious that the "Blast in a Glass" isn't opposed to going under the knife.
In my very esteemed and highly sought-after medical opinion, it looks like Deena had some filler-magoos under her eyes, some Botox-junkeroos in her forehead and between her brows, and probably some lip-plumper uppers, as well. Her nose looks a little thinner, too, so maybe she had some sort of touch-up there to boot.

Deena's just following in the footsteps of so many Jersey shorers before her, namely co-star Jenny "JWoww" Farley. JWoww had a ton of stuff done to her face before season 4, and if I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, her new face was awesome. She hired the best plastic surgeon reality show money could buy and girl got herself a totally new look. I was blown away. It was subtle and natural yet totally transforming. I was impressed with the work she had done, to say the least.
Deena? Mmmm, not so much. She looks good, don't get me wrong, but there's something a little unrefined about her fillers that leaves her looking a bit unnatural.
Who knows. Maybe she didn't get any work done at all and the puffiness can be attributed to a late night out drinking salty margs on the rocks.

I think if she did something different with her cheeks because they look to high and she is not Indian then she might look somewhat better she did need a nose job but I think she left too much of a lil ball at the end of her new nose I don't like to put anyone down and if it makes her happy go for it I all for ONE LOVE and don't think people should be mean to clebs they are people too guys!!!
Never heard of her before this article and since there is no 'before' picture the entire article is a waste of time.
Her nose looks pinched and weird on her face. She did have a bit of a honker before, but now she just looks weird. With the money they make on the show, she could have had better work done if she was set on doing it.
