Fact: Alessandra Ambrosio Is the Best-Dressed Preggo in Hollywood (VIDEO)

alessandra ambrosioIt's officially settled: Alessandra Ambrosio, Victoria's Secret model/one of the nine-million pregnant women in Hollywood, has the best maternity style out there. It's the truth. Hey, don't get mad at me. I'm just reporting the facts here.

Yes, Alessandra is an insanely gorgeous woman who earns millions of dollars a year because of her bone structure and waist size (hi, this is what she looks like sans makeup), but that's not why she looks bomb.com with her baby bump. She looks so damn good because she really (really) embraces her ever-growing belly. Bright colors for spring? Yes please! Big ol' baby bump? No problem!

The model recently killed it in a bright red jersey maxi dress with a black and white striped cardigan. Perfection. Flawlessness. Love this outfit. And it seems like she's been in cheery brights ever since she got pregnant -- which is more than I can say for myself.

Maybe it's because I live in New York and the majority of my pregnancy took place during the winter months, but, I swear, I feel like the color I've lived in during my gestation has been black. Black, black, black, black, black. And while I love the color, there's nothing particularly cheery about it. It's just that ... well, it's really easy.

So, I applaud Alessandra. And her cheek-bones. And her ridiculously large paychecks. She's going about maternity style the right way -- bright, happy, and totally in season. Perhaps my next pregnancy will be a bit more like hers. Doubtful. But maybe. Werk it, gurl.
