Before you start sweating profusely and think about the gazillion diets you should begin right this second, take a breath. Don't fret, mis amigas!

1. Kristin McGee, who trains actress Tina Fey, suggests adding in yoga to your weekly fitness regimen. This will help you destress and also sneak in some upper body strength training:

2. Ramona Braganza, trainer to hottie Zac Efron, suggests changing up your workouts constantly if you want to see results:
