Not so long ago, a post was written on this blog that caused a bit of a stir. (Heh.)
"Couples Who Dress Alike Are Fashion Killers," the headline trumpeted. A heated debate over the truth of that statement ensued in the comments, and BOOM.
I had a new style dare.
Yes, readers, I took that dare and dressed like my husband for a day.

My husband was leery of taking this dare with me, but in the end, we both had a fantastic time. It helps that after being married for 10 years, we really are sort of like twins on the inside. We do everything together and like almost all the same things (fashion being the exception!).
Hubs even wears this shirt now -- but not when I'm wearing it, and definitely not with the hat! The hats have made their way to my children's dress-up box, along with pretty much every other costume I used for episodes of I'll Take That Dare!
So! Now that you've seen my husband and me dress alike and live to tell the tale, tell me ...
Would you and your husband/boyfriend/partner dress alike?
Spill!

HAHA I love this! I certainly wouldn't dress like my husband everyday, but I would do it once just to see what reaction people give us!
LOL! That video was super cute!
DH and I don't necessarily dress exactly matchy...but I do have a tendency to dress similarly to him. Color schemes usually match or at least compliment each other...and I tend to dress my six year old DS that way, too!
Nobody's ever said anything about it.
No never I think its stupid
I'm not sure we could even find matching clothes, since I'm an average size woman and my husband is a huge man. Of course, since I sew, I could make matching items, thereby having both the matching look and the lovingly-made-at-home look.
So no.
I had two friends in college (dating each other) who used to dress alike completely by accident. I remember commenting on it one morning. They both looked down at their clothes, at each other, back to their clothes and went "Crap, we did it again!" XD
I remember watching a story about a couple that dresses alike -- it might be the same fabric in their shirts or the same fabric in her dress as his tie. And they've done it for years! They alternate picking the outfits for the day.
My hubby and I have a tendency to match in color. We'll walk out of the house dressed in jeans and red shirts. Ect.
nope, he never would have but nice family you two make
