Rachel Zoe has named the corset belt as one of spring's hottest trends, and ...
Eh, I don't know.
I'm not sure I'm feeling this one -- particularly for spring.
I don't know about you, but spring gets pretty warm around here. The last thing I want around my waist is a thick piece of leather.
However, not all corset belts are quite as wide as the $139 Newport News version to your left.
See some more options after the jump, then tell me in the comments if you'll be wearing this Zoe-endorsed trend when the weather gets warmer!
This woven stretch corset belt (Bebe, $49) is a thinner, less-expensive version, but if you're looking for a low-cost version of the look, you're going to have a hard time finding it. Most corset belts up for sale now are FAR more expensive.
I'm actually digging this Jean Paul Gaultier corset belt (Farfetch, $605.50) for a sexy night out, but I'm not willing to shell out six Benjamins for the look!
Then there's this Luisaviaroma corset belt, up for grabs for just $1,308. Ummmm. Thanks, but no thanks.
Your best bet right now will be ordering one of the trio of corset belts offered for $45 apiece at Victoria's Secret. Not really feeling this look at low-cost, though.
How about you? Are you a fan of the corset belt trend for spring?

why not just use an actual corset?
For me, personaly, I love them. I have round hips, and a decent size bust. The corset belts break up the monotony of a single color dress and accentuate/define my small waist line. I think they look incredibly sexy on the right figure
Nah!
Maybe for the Renaissance Faire this summer.
