Robert Pattinson Thinks Kristen Stewart Is an 'Amazing' Bride (PHOTOS)

bella swanT-minus four days until Breaking Dawn Part 1 opens, and, well, that's the only thing on our minds 'round these parts. Since we still have to wait for the movie, we're devouring any and all Twilight gossip we can get -- and this latest piece? Precious. Turns out Kristen Stewart (shockingly) looks gorgeous as a bride. But that's not the good part. The good part is how adorable Robert Pattinson and Kellan Lutz were when talking about her.

Lutz recently told, "Kristen Stewart is just stunning. She really made everyone turn heads. She looked so beautiful.” Then Pattinson told Today, "I'd seen her in the wedding dress, but pretty much everyone in the cast hadn’t seen her ... when she’s walking down the aisle and everyone turns around to her. She looks amazing."

I mean, of course Kristen looks "amazing" as a bride -- she's Bella Swan. But the boys' comments did get us thinking: Who are the best movie brides (and wedding dresses) of all time?

princess bride

Buttercup (Robin Wright Penn) in The Princess Bride. Never mind the fact that, um, this is one of the greatest movies -- ever -- Robin Wright Penn looked unbelievable as, well, a princess bride. The loose, flowing hair, the ethereal makeup, the long-sleeved/pre-Kate Middleton wedding dress. Flawless.

muriel's wedding

Muriel Heslop (Toni Collette) in Muriel's Wedding. Yeah, it's sort of a cult movie, and yeah, her "wedding" seems to only appear in daydreams, but she looks so happy every time she's in that dress -- which, incidentally, isn't my taste (a little medieval, not in a good way). But the expression on her face each time she wears it is stunning.

corpse bride

Corpse Bride in Corpse Bride. She may be a little goth for some, but I love her -- and her dress. The sweetheart neck, the high slit, the heels with socks. It's not a look for everybody, but I think she's a bad mama jama.

carrie bradshaw wedding dresses

Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) in Sex in the City. I mean, that dress. (Those dresses!) Do we really need to say more?

Lillian (Maya Rudolph) in Bridesmaids. Pretty much the coolest bride ever. And the funniest. The dress, the hair, and the makeup were pretty great, too, but her personality trumped it all.

Are you ready for Breaking Dawn? Who's your favorite movie bride?
