Notice-Me Leather Gloves Are HUGE This Season: Will You Wear Them?

GLovesOne accessories trend I'm seeing everywhere in the fashion magazines lately is the colorful leather glove -- often worn indoors as an unexpected accessory.

Talbots prominently featured gloves in its winter catalog (I'm loving the fuchsia gloves pictured to your left), and in general, gloves can be an easy way to update your wardrobe -- or just to add a little color to your winter outerwear.

Check out a few of my favorite glove picks -- after the jump!

GovesSt. John dresses up neutrals in this shot with brown leather gloves. Gloves can be a simple way to add major interest to an otherwise headed-for-drab look.

Lord & TaylorGet the St. John look with these brown leather gloves (Lord & Taylor, $59.99 on sale). Yes, leather gloves can be a bit pricey, but if you take care of them, they'll last years and years and YEARS. I think they're a worthwhile investment.

Last CallLike the Talbots look? Check out these gorgeous silk-lined leather gloves (Last Call, $60 on sale). Today only, they're an additional 30 percent off, which reduces them to $42. YAY.

All SaintsFor drama and decadence, you can't beat these elbow-length leather gloves (AllSaints, $85). Va va voom!

Can't afford leather gloves right now? The good news is that they're a lot like winter coats -- wait another month or two and they'll go on sale at ridiculously low prices, and you'll still have plenty of time to wear them before the weather warms up.

Have you invested in a pair of leather gloves? Will you, now that they're trendy?
