Well, here's some welcome news -- news that makes me want to skip right over fall style (and winter style) and jump right into spring style. Jason Wu, the designer whose career hit the big-time after Michelle Obama wore one of his creations to the Inaugural Ball, will be the next designer to collaborate with Target on a limited-edition collection for the store. Move over Missoni -- I couldn't wear those crazy patterns anyway -- bring on the Jason Wu!
Read on to see a sneak peek at some of Jason Wu's working fabrics for the spring collection -- so lovely! They'll make you, too, want to skip over a few seasons.
Check out this sneak peek at some of the fabrics we might see in the Jason Wu for Target collection:

What do you think? Are you feeling it? Jason Wu told Harper's Bazaar:
My collection for Target embodies my signature aesthetic of feminine sophistication, with a mischievous nod to the 1960s.
Between this sneak peek at Wu's lovely fabric choices and this description, I think this spring collection will be right up my alley. The collection will include clothing, handbags, and scarves -- yes, please! -- with prices between $20 and $60. Better start planning your Target stakeout now. Jason Wu for Target will be available starting February 5, 2012.

Anything will be better than that hideous Missoni line.
I don't know...those fabrics don't look like anything I would like. I'd have to see the finished product. That mustard yellow looks awful.
