Well, according to Brazilian lingerie brand Hope, you should do it in a skimpy bra and panties.

This tongue-in-cheek assertion, delivered by supermodel Gisele in a Hope TV ad, has made some Brazilian television viewers and members of Brazil's government furious.

This is a tempest in a teapot.

The ads were clearly meant to be funny, and if they proved anything, it's that too many people out there are humorless and can't take a joke.

Besides, if I had a body like Gisele's, I'd probably be walking around in a bra and panties all day, anyway.

Some government officials, though, see things differently. Members of the women's secretariat in Brasilia released this statement about the ads, according to the Daily Mail:

'The model, Gisele Bündchen, encourages Brazilian women to use their "charm" to lessen possible reactions from their partners. The campaign promotes the misguided stereotype of a woman as a sexual object of her husband and ignores the major advances we have achieved in deconstructing sexist practices and thinking.'
