I mentioned recently that Jennifer Lopez is debuting a new clothing/home collection exclusively for Kohl's this September.
Well now, the entire collection has been revealed on the Kohl's website.
I'll admit that some of the looks have potential, but I wonder about the quality of the fabrics -- and I also wonder if shoppers will be willing to spend "up" on J. Lo's looks at a bargain department store.
Me? I'm not so sure.
Because while I like the look of this sequined top in the photo, I'm not sure I'm willing to pay its retail price of $84 ... at KOHL'S.

This sheath dress has potential and it's not a bad price at $70, but be warned: If I see you prancing around in this hideous faux-fur $100 jacket, I WILL MOCK YOU.
Forget the dress -- I only have eyes for those hot peep-toe pumps! At $69.99, they're seriously tempting!
Not a fan of this overall look and those boots look seriously cheap -- but bow tie blouses are big this season and this one is going for just $48. I might need to investigate ...
And I have to admit that these $60 wide leg pants have potential ...
I'm seriously digging this tweed tunic, but am I willing to spend $80 on a top from KOHL'S? Probably not ...

I think Kohl's is gettin' a little too big for their britches...
Meh. Some of it is ok, most of it is either too sexy or stupid looking. I hate those sweater bootie things and agree those knee high boots look super-cheap. I like the black pants outfit and the bags look interesting. The price point is wrong for Kohls, though.
love the last shirt, but can guarentee I could find someting eeringly similar at TJ Maxx.... :)
This collection has some great pieces- I will own that sheath dress come September! I wouldn't wear all of it, but I could go for the jeans, shorts a couple of the wrap dresses, oh and the boots are awesome! The prices aren't that much off, plus it's Kohls people, NOBODY pays full price at Kohls- or your an idiot. They have huge sales monthly. Plus coupons and other discounts.
at khols oi wont pay more than 40 for pants and 20 for a shirt...and thats before discount.
The last outfit is seriously gorgeous. I want it. I also like the first dress ( hate the shoes and faux fur jacket. ) I like the second outfit. HATE the entire third And I like the fourth outfit.
There's plenty of items I would wear from the collection, and seriously, who pays full price at Kohls??? They overprice their items, put them on a "special sale" and load you up with coupons to make you feel like you are getting such a great deal when those items were likely never intended to sell for full retail.
No. It's tacky and over done just like her last line. The styling is horrible. The mesh skirt, the fur bag, the knit high-heeled boot, the boxy vest..HORRIBLE.
