Anne Hathaway is usually spot-on in her fashion choices, but after this appearance at a party in Paris, I'm thinking it's time for Anne to fire her stylist.
I mean seriously, Anne.
What. The. Hell.
The Valentino gown is definitely not my favorite, but it would have been ... okay ... on its own.
Put it with the blood red lipstick, hair that hangs like wet seaweed on either side of Anne's face, and crown of flowers, though, and you've got a look that would have suited Sissy Spacek very well in Carrie.
What do you think of Anne's fashion faux pas?
Incidentally, Anne wore the dress to the White Fairy Tale Love Ball, which had a dress code that called for guests to wear white or silver gowns.
But beyond Anne's dress, the photo also made me wonder for the first time how old is too old when it comes to wearing flowers in one's hair.
You may disagree, but I think Anne has passed the cutoff. So have I, for that matter.
A crown of flowers works at the Renaissance Festival and on five-year-old flower girls ... and that's about it.
I could be wrong, though. It has happened before.
Once or twice.
What do you think of Anne's bizarre look?
