After a few weeks away from the paparazzi, Bristol Palin has re-emerged with what looks to be A BRAND NEW CHIN.
What the heck?!
How did Sarah allow this to happen?!
It's not that it looks that bad, it's just that ...
That's not Bristol!

Chin implants are FREAKING WEIRD.

This is Bristol back in November. Clearly she's lost some weight since then, but yeah, her face looks waaaaay different.
And here's what I don't get -- Bristol was already a cute girl. Sure, if she wanted to play the Hollywood game, she could stand to lose a few pounds, but I don't think a chin implant added anything to her appearance.
It just COMPLETELY CHANGED IT.
Whatever. I suspect she'll be the next celebrity plastic surgery gone wrong tearful interview, featured on the cover of People magazine.

I was going to say the same thing MadelynMc. The chin shape is the same, just without the fat underneath it.

she is way better looking then snooki and her new look makes her look older.
Oh hell yeah she got work done. Bristol was never very big, the weight she did lose though is certainly not going to change her face that dramatically. I'm from Alaska, i've been to the Palin's home. And even years ago her chin never looked like that. It doesn't even look like her.
I think she's had SOMETHING done...not quite sure what. She's always had a very round face...That's the shape, you can't get rid of that by losing weight - it's round...not oval, square, heart shaped. And I've noticed with a round face it usually means a weak chin which is prone to a double chin, which she always had the hint of in older pictures. But now she has a long face and no hint of double chin. Hmmm. She doesn't even really look like herself. If that's what she was going for - great.
Gawd, she looks horrible. She was cute before, now she just looks jacked up.
She looks so different. I hate to say it, but I think she looked much better before. Another plastic surgery gone wrong. Surprise!
