Sure, Kate Middleton was the lady of the hour, but special props must be given to her sister's dress.
Pippa Middleton's too-dark fake bake detracted from her overall appearance, but OMG.
HER DRESS WAS AMAZING.
In fact, I won't be at all surprised if as many brides copy her dress as her sister, Kate's!
It makes sense now that I know who designed Pippa's dress.
Find out the designer's identity after the jump, and then tell me what you think of Pippa's dress.
Pippa's dress was designed by .... Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen!
Yes, that's the same woman who created Kate's amazing gown. Here's a description of Pippa's dress from the palace:
Miss Philippa Middleton’s dress was designed and created by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen. It is of a heavy, ivory satin-based crepe, with a cowl front and with the same button detail and lace trims as the Bride’s dress.
The knockoff wedding gown designers will be working overtime now!
Brides will have to have a perfect body to pull off Pippa's look -- this particular dress doesn't allow for a single missed workout at the gym!
But I have to admit that I totally love it.
What about you?

GORGEOUS!!!
Very Classy
I LOVED her dress ! She wore it perfectly, too.
Overshadow Kate's? Not a chance, but that's my personal taste, I guess. I do like Pippa's dress. The short sleeves add to it because you don't see much of that these days - it's all about how much skin you can show.
Simply gorgeous
