Yep, that's how this man ended up in the emergency room. It's also how he earned a featured spot on the BBC program Bizarre ER.

In fairness, the hat was part of his Halloween costume ... but Super Glue? Really?

Yes.

According to his friend, he spent all night trying various means of getting the hat off, to no avail. Fortunately, the friend took pictures.
