When it comes to fashion, plus-size women have it rough.
I often worry over writing more posts for the plus-sizes, but the truth is, not a whole lot of plus-size fashion I see out there looks very good.
And there are no plus-size celebrity photos to work with. No plus-size advice in the major fashion magazines. No fabulously chic plus-size fashion websites.
Wait. Strike that last one. Madison Plus has emerged as a new online fashion destination for plus-size women, and ladies? IT ROCKS.
I mean, check out this model from their last lookbook. Is that not the most gorgeous plus-size look?
See all that this amazing site has to offer after the jump!
Madison Plus is a shopping destination, but with a twist. Editors choose their favorite plus-size fashions out there and display them on the website. The site also includes style guides on how to adapt the latest looks to a curvier figure and a blog with all kinds of dish on the latest plus-size model spreads and advertisements out there.
Also, be sure and check out the sidebar for a long list of plus-size shopping sites and blogs. That should give you (and me) plenty of online plus-size reading and viewing material to get excited about!
If you are plus-size, I would totally bookmark this site and visit it frequently. It is the first site I've seen that really makes being plus-size a non-issue. The women pictured look GREAT. The style is FANTASTIC. I'm going to be visiting it myself now for post ideas!
This Style & Co. Wrap Dress (Macy's, $24.99 on sale) is totally cute and a fantastic price!
Torrid is one of those sites I typically avoid, because it tends to be a little cheesy, but I'm loving this tiered skirt (Torrid, $24.98 on sale) and you can't beat this price!
I'm also a fan of this chiffon maxi skirt (Alloy, $39.90), which is available up to size 19.
I'd love to hear your take on this site, after you've checked it out. What do you think? Is it a place you'll visit often?

Yay! I love the first dress at the top! If you have any sites for us tall curvy gals I am all ears! Because at 6'1" Clothes are a b!tch to find! Add boobs and hips to the equation, equals shopping in the mumu department or just t shirts and jeans.
I love that maxi skirt! Getting ready to check out the website right now!
Stasiaandkksmom, sounds like you and I are in the same boat! lol
Love all the options on these pages, and there's plenty for those of us on a budget.
Help, though!! I LOVE that first outfit, but can't find any of the components of it!
All very attractive but those models sure don't look like plus sized women to me. I am completely aware that size 10/12 is "plus" size in the fashion world but in my opinion, that's just crazy.
I agree with Carenann, I LOVE the outfits but those women do not look plus size to me. I can't believe a 10 is considered plus!
