Smokin' Red Pumps That Are Both Stylish & Charitable?

Red is known as the color that drives men wild, and red shoes are the hottest accessory of all. Now they are also charitable.

If you notice a pair of red pumps on your favorite blogs this March, it's probably part of the "Rock the Red Pump" HIV/AIDS awareness campaign that happens on March 10 every year since 2009.

In addition to the blog effort, there is also a party where the ladies (and anyone else) are invited to wear red pumps. Since I love a cause and any excuse to wear red shoes, this is a good reason to celebrate. So here are a few you can order well in advance and rock your own sexy pumps even if you can't make the party.

Here are my 5 most lusted-after pairs of red shoes:

Rock & Republic Pumps: $159

These are so hot. They look hard to walk in, but honestly, with skinny jeans and a long top, these are way better than walking.

Sergio Rossi Peep Toe Platform: $199

I am a sucker for a peep toe, even in March. This shoe is a little retro and I love the shine to it. All in all, a perfect fit.

Franco Sarto Madame Suede Pump: $39

If you like the look, but not the price, check these babies out. I'm not a huge fan of the buckle, but worn right, it could be cute, too.

Steve Madden Urgency Pumps: $79.95

These are pretty adorable with the Mary Jane buckle and the decent heel. They would work with a skirt or with pants, which is always the ideal. They are also well priced and look almost comfortable.

KG By Kurt Geiger Jasmine Evening Pump: $172.40

These I love because they channel Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. I love the bow, I love the sparkle, and I love everything about them. They are a winning pair.
