Wondering why I look so happy?
It's because happy LA sent me this amazing gray cashmere wrap from its new cashmere collection by Dawn Baker -- and it is so gorgeous and cozy and soft and stylish that I've been wearing it over and over and over again!
It also served to remind me of a fact that I need to share with all of you.
Cashmere? It's the bomb.
Seriously you've never known the warmth, the softness, the lightweight non-scratchiness of cashmere until you've experienced it firsthand. In my opinion, a cashmere scarf or sweater is a fabulous investment piece for your wardrobe.
It also makes a very impressive gift for someone else.
Now you're wanting some cashmere to call your own, aren't you? Okay, okay.
I've found the most affordable cashmere pieces I could come up with. Check them out after the jump ...
This cashmere cardigan (Charlotte Russe, $59.50) is a fantastic price for the look -- and it covers a multitude of sins.
I'm smitten with these twisted cable cashmere mittens (Lands' End Canvas, $49.50).
You're simply not going to find a better price on a cashmere scarf than this Merona Cashmere Scarf (Target, $24.99). Christmas present, anyone?
Trust me when I say that a black cashmere sweater like this one (YOOX, $115) is totally worth the splurge. I have a similar one and it's my go-to sweater in winter -- particularly when I'm going to be outside. OH THE WARMTH AND COMFORT.
Every woman should have at least one pair of cashmere gloves and these black cashmere gloves (Chicos, $27.30 on sale) are a great price right now!
Ditto on this Sayami black cashmere ruffle scarf (Bluefly, $66.24), which retailed at $138. Get it while you can!
Do you own any cashmere? Do you think it's worth the expense?
