DKNY Fall 2010You've probably noticed by now that bright red lips continue to be all the rage for fall and winter.

The problem is that many, if not most, of you absolutely REFUSE to do red lips.

I tried wearing red lipstick last winter for the purposes of this blog and thought the congregation from the Baptist church down the street was going to show up at my front door with pitchforks, demanding that the brazen hussy come outside and face the music.

But don't worry, ladies -- you can still work a bolder lip this fall without feeling like a hooker. The real-life alternative to red?

Check out this model at the DKNY Fall 2010 show, where berry lips were in abundance. It's certainly stronger than a neutral lip, yet the look is still very natural.

Read on to see some great berry options -- and tell me whether you'd try this look yourself!
