It's a trend I love because the cut of the boots makes legs look long and lean and it's a very stylish way to begin transitioning your summer looks into the fall season.
Miley Cyrus wears hers everywhere, and Cameron Diaz wore her own pair with a range of looks in July's InStyle magazine.
The boots look great with shorts and floral (or any style) short dresses, or over slim-fitting jeans.
Even though they're trendy now, they never go out of style. Spend a little extra on a pair for yourself and you'll wear your boots for years to come.

I have boots similar to the first pair that I wear in the snow in winter. I don't wear them any other time because my feet get too hot.
They look cute on a teenager, or on someone like Cameron who has legs up to her armpits, but I don't think the average person could pull it off.
