Last week, I had the chance to meet McDonalds CEO Jan Fields. I knew she was awesome from the moment she walked in the room and grabbed my friend Loralee's gorgeous red tote!

(Loralee, incidentally, found that tote at a Utah boutique for just $70. LUCKY.)

Anyway, the bag matched Jan's fabulous red patent shoes. Jan was joined by two other top executives from McDonald's (both female) and one of them also was wearing red patent heels, which leads me to the conclusion that ...
