Those cute little floral dresses you save for each summer can easily be transformed into a sophisticated Spring look with a simple black blazer and heels. I am SO trying this.

I don't thing the proportions are quite right on this look. I think the dress should be a few inches longer, or maybe with the dress that length, the shoes should be lower. My 2 cents.

You know, I'm so used to seeing up-to-there dresses and super high heels on these girls that in my mind I automatically add a few inches to the skirt and lower the heels, without even thinking about it! So yes, I agree with you, but I love the idea of taking a summery floral dress (which I ordinarily wouldn't debut until May or June) and updating it with the black blazer and heels.

Definitely not my favorite look. I think it looks like she got cold at the dinner dance and borrowed her boyfriend's jacket, and not in a good way. I don't need things to go together matchy matchy but this isn't right for some reason either. It doesn't go together and I don't really know how to explain what I don't like about it, I guess it's just not a look I'd go for. Meh.
