Skin looking a little dull?

I don't know about you, but my face is beyond blah.

It needs a little pick-me-up to get that summery glow.

For that, I turn to my fridge for papaya, yogurt, and honey.

Green papaya that's unripe has natural alpha hydroxy acids and an enzyme that dissolves dead skin cells.

Add a little yogurt for the lactic acid, which is also an alpha hydroxy, and honey for moisture and you've got yourself one heck of a brightening skin mask.

Green Papaya Brightening Mask
from Whole Living

  • 1/2 cup unripe papaya, diced
  • 1 teaspoon plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Apply to clean skin using fingers; leave on for 8 to 10 minutes.

Rinse off using cool water and pat dry.

Finish by applying a gentle moisturizer.
