Quick Curls; Miss Jessie

I want my hair to smell good -- of course it has to look good, too. But I don't like it when my hair just smells like, well, hair.

I went through a phase of using Aussie products because I loved the scent that came in the purple bottle. It smells just like grape Dimetapp.

But lately, my daily hair routine involves Miss Jessie products. Yummy!

I've been a fan of Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding for years. It's purple (why do all purple things smell incredible?) and grape-scented and works really well on thick kinky or frizzy hair.

The people over at Miss Jessie recently sent me their latest product, Quick Curls, a delicious ginger and lime scented creme that's light-weight and tames the frizz. They say, "Excellent for fingerstyling relaxed hair; no rods necessary, a rescue remedy for botched overprocessed texturizers, and great for our beautiful white gals."

Yay!

I've been using it for weeks now and love it. Since the weather has been warm, after washing, I apply to my locks and twist my hair up into a bun when still wet. When damp, I take out the bun and that unleashes the pretty scent -- plus my hair dries with frizz-free subtle waves.

Do you prefer products that not only work well on your hair, but makes it smell great, too?
