Halle Berry Is Singing the Baby Daddy Blues a Tune Too Late

Halle BerryThe relationship between two of Tinseltown’s beautiful people has skidded into that special place in hell where bitter old love affairs go: scathing post-breakup hatred. In their latest installment of off-screen drama, Gabriel Aubrey has been investigated for child endangerment after he allegedly pushed the nanny while she was holding his daughter, and Halle Berry’s petitioning to move to France, which will make her joint custody arrangement conveniently inconvenient for her ex. Checkmate.

I, for one, think Halle needs to take a breather from romance. Just to get her head together. She hasn’t even gotten her old house in order and made respectable arrangements with ol’ Gabe and she’s off and running with a new dude, supposedly engaged to Olivier Martinez. (Which is also interesting since she swore up and down on several occasions that she’d never get married again. Eh, who can figure it out?)

Nicki Minaj's Grammy Performance Was Weird, But Not Offensive

Posted by Adriana Velez

nicki minaj grammys 2012So, you thought Nicki Minaj's over-the-top performance at the Grammys was a ridiculous spectacle that only buried her talent under crazy costumes and special effects? Yeah ... I'd probably agree with you there. But was it sacrilegious? Eh, I don't think so.

Plenty of people did find the "Roman Reloaded" performance offensive. But I thought it was pretty tame, actually. The Church plays the same role it always does: A moral authority threatened by "evil." What's so controversial about that?

The Real Reason Adele's Grammy Performance Was the Most Memorable (VIDEO)

Adele: 2012 Grammy Awards best performanceWow. Adele has got it goin' ON! At least that was my reaction after watching the 23-year-old sing her Song of the Year "Rolling in the Deep" at last night's 54th Grammy Awards. After a lengthy hiatus because of vocal cord microsurgery, the world watched in amazement as the singer took home all six Grammys she was nominated for, including Album of the Year for 21 and Record of the Year for "Rolling in the Deep."

You know what I say? Power to her. There's no arguing that a big part of last night's show was paying tribute to Whitney Houston. However, last night was Adele's night. My favorite part? With Adele, everything you see is what you get, and we love her anyway. She's a woman who swears like a sailor, can't stop writing about uber depressing episodes of heartbreak, and sings like an angel. If you ask me, Adele is one of the most real artists in music today, and THAT'S why her 2012 Grammy performance was the best of the night.

Watch it, here:

Whitney Houston's Death Is Massive Shock For All Who Loved Her

Whitney Houston, the singer who defined many 80's childhoods, is dead at the age of 48. Her body was found at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles and the news is shocking the music world just one night before the Grammys.

In recent years, Whitney's regal voice and perfect image have been ravaged by drugs, a habit she just could not break. So while many of us could have seen it coming, it does not make it any less sad.

Houston was the reigning queen of pop for many years and over the course of her career, she won two Emmy Awards, six Grammy Awards, 30 Billboard Music Awards, and 22 American Music Awards. She has sold 200 million albums world wide.

Sadly, in recent years, she was best known for her stormy marriage to Bobby Brown, which lasted for 15 years. And, of course, her drug addiction, which led to publicly erratic behavior and some weird moments. But for those of us who were children of the 1980's, this is how we best remember her:

Madonna Has Very Un-Madonna-Like Reaction to M.I.A.'s Middle Finger

madonna at the super bowlPretty much the ONLY person on the Internet who didn't weigh in this week on M.I.A. throwing the bird during her performance with Madonna at the Super Bowl half-time show was Madonna herself. But that all changed Friday morning when the Material Girl herself candidly told Ryan Seacrest what she thought of the flip-off.

Guess what. Madonna wasn't happy. Here's what she said about it:

Madonna & Halle Berry Terrorized by ‘Psychotic’ Stalker on the Loose

On a scale of NBD to OMFG, how freaked out would you be if your longtime psychotic stalker had just escaped from a mental hospital? I'm guessing Madonna is frantically beefing up her security right this minute, because it turns out that Robert Dewey Hoskins, who once spent 10 years in prison for threatening to kill her, has managed to slip away from his Los Angeles-area mental health facility.

Yeah, I think I'd be pretty worried if I were her—after all, this is the guy who once threatened to "slice her throat from ear to ear" if she didn't marry him. Unfortunately, other celebrities may have cause for concern as well, because Hoskins is reportedly obsessed with Halle Berry now.

The worst part? The guy is considered an extremely dangerous threat, and reportedly always travels with a knife and a gun. Um, holy shit.

Courtney Stodden Got Paid to Do This Freaky Mermaid Ad (VIDEO)

courtney stodden commercialI think a few of us never thought this day would come, but Courtney Stodden's got a job. The teen bride made "famous" for marrying that potato sack of a man, 51-year-old Doug Hutchinson, has leveraged her over-sexed image into a paying gig. Apparently, the 17-year-old took a break from tweeting stuff like "My appetite becomes anxiously aroused as I vivaciously cook a very sexy veggie supper while wearing Victoria's Secret --muah" long enough to work with FreeCreditScore.com on an ad campaign.

The result? Courtney's flapping around on a dock in a bikini. And she's wet. And she says "OMG, I'm so wet." Yup.

Paula Abdul’s Return to ‘X Factor’ Is Only a Matter of Time

Posted by Kim Conte

Paula Abdul and Simon CowellIf you were deeply saddened by the news that Paula Abdul was let go from X Factor, a new interview with Simon Cowell might perk you up. In a rare moment of candid humility, Cowell actually admitted to Extra that he blames himself for having to let her go because he set unreasonable expectations for the show (remember him bragging about 20 million viewers?) and then had no choice but to fire her. Is your jaw on the floor, yet? Because wait ... there's more! He also said:

I would've liked to have kept [Paula]. She was very gracious, and I said that to her. She understands it's business; it's never personal.

Folks, I think it's pretty clear what's happening here, don't you?

M.I.A.'s Flip-Off Wasn't the Worst Part About Watching the Super Bowl With Kids (VIDEO)

M.I.A. halftimeAs we all know by now, people are outraged -- outraged! -- that singer M.I.A. flipped off the nation while performing with Madonna during the Super Bowl halftime show Sunday night. NBC and the NFL have apologized (after pointing a few fingers themselves) and M.I.A. later explained that she'd just sort of gotten "caught up in the moment," blaming "adrenaline and nerves," and didn't mean to offend.

You know what? I watched the Super Bowl with my two young kids, ages 6 and 8, and while I don't exactly salute M.I.A.'s gesture (what finger would I salute it with?), I'm actually not really terribly offended or outraged by it.
