Bravo's Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi

has baby girl.

The raven-haired star of Top Chef, Padma Lakshmi, welcomed a baby girl on Saturday, according to USMagazine.

The girl's name is Krishna Thea Lakshmi," her rep told PEOPLE. "Mother and baby are well and happy." Last month, Lakshmi dropped hints about her baby's name, saying it will have a "classically Indian Sanskrit name."

She has not revealed the father, but last month FoxNews reported a rumor that the daddy is Adam Dell, a venture capitalist who teaches at Columbia Business School. Lakshmi has not confirmed nor denied.

All that matters now is that Krishna is healthy, happy and enjoying time with mom!
