Rub a dub dub, picture of baby in the tub. Cute? Of course, always adorable! But apparently, it can get you in trouble.
Well, for a family in Arizona anyways. The couple's three children were taken away from them after a Wal-Mart employee saw pictures of the children, ages 5, 4, and 1.5, naked in the bathtub.
After an investigation, parents' photos of their nude babies in a bathtub doesn't qualify as sexual assault (really? it took an investigation to come to that conclusion?!?) and the parents were cleared of all charges, but only after the three kids had to have their genitals examined.
The family is now suing Wal-Mart, the city, and the state for punitive damages for defamation and outrage.
What do you think of this story? Do you think the parents should have thought twice before having their pictures printed or do you think the authorities were out of line?
