I love Stella McCartney's designs, but I've could never afford anything she's ever made. I will, however, be dressing my daughter in her clothes starting this fall. Yesterday, the Gap announced that Stella, who is mom to three kids under the age of four, will be doing a fall collection for babies and toddlers.
In the press announcement, Stella McCartney said, "For years now I've wanted to create a collection for kids. I believe that kids clothing should be more accessibly priced, which is particularly important at the moment given the current climate. It's really exciting for us to do a boys and girls collection for the first time."
I can't wait to see the clothes—I just know they'll be super cute.
I just wish Stella would design an affordable line for women. After all, shouldn't our clothes be more "accessibly priced" too?
What designer do you wish would make a line of baby clothes?

Look on eBay for designer bby clothes. It was a serious money saver when my mom thought it would be wonderful to by clothes by John Lennon's wife with his drawings on them. She found a John Lennon rug that is usually $200 for $40 on there. By the time the bby was born, I had an entire nursery of John Lennon stuff which went along perfect when we decided to name my son Jude after the song.
