Yum ... breast milk cheese
One of the artists at a food-inspired exhibit at an art gallery in London recently served art-goers a different sort of snack: crackers with breast milk cheese. Mexican artist, Raul Ortega Ayala used donated breast milk to create his latest culinary offering to the art world. The cheese wasn't just for eating, it was his exhibit—he named it "Alejandra Ortiz-Reynoso" after the woman that donated the milk. The piece was meant to “explore our first encounter with food emphasising its territoriality and boundaries." I'd be curious to read the reviews!

Huh. I never though of making cheese from breast milk. It'd probably taste good though.
That's awesome. My mom made food for me outta her breastmilk when I was a baby and I plan on doing the same for my daughter, so I'd probably try breastmilk cheese in a heartbeat!
I had a boss who did that for the dairy he owned. I didn't work for him then but I had heard about it.
no, no and no.
I'll leave my breastmilk in it's milky form.
