Ever wonder how celebrities manage to look so good after they've had babies? I'm pretty sure they've got personal trainers and nutritionists helping them. I don't know about you, but I can't afford anything like that. But if you're trying to lose some of those post-pregnancy pounds, I found a great diet plan.
It's a month-long diet plan created by an American Baby nutritionist. It has a week-by-week meal plan, shopping list, and great tips like how to handle cravings and what you can do if you don't have time to cook. The meals look really yummy.
