For moms who were super into running before they had kids, a jogging stroller is an obvious go-to. They're a great way to take babies out for some important fresh air while participating in an activity mama loves -- and one that helps in maintaining emotional and physical well-being.

However, moms who aren't necessarily into running can find a lot of use for a jogging stroller, too. Maybe they're considering getting into the activity, or maybe they just want something that's a little bit sleeker and easier to navigate. With three wheels instead of the traditional four, more serious suspension, and bigger tires, jogging strollers can be an especially good fit for families that live in the country, where a regular stroller won't handle the terrain.

Not convinced? Read up on using a jogging stroller before considering buying one. For parents who are still trying to figure out which stroller they want and need help selecting the style that would work best for them and their families, research picking the perfect stroller to understand what stroller is going to work best for different situations and family needs.

And for moms who are trying to figure out how to work an exercise routine into their extremely, excessively, wildly busy lives, jogging is a really strong option -- because baby can come along, at least after they're old enough! -- but it's not the only option. Try a 10-minute workout, which is easier to squeeze into a crazy schedule with little ones in the mix.
