How You Can Help Give Every Baby a Fighting Chance

You’ll never forget the first time you held your baby, kissed the top of her head and breathed in her sweet scent. You’ll never forget the feeling of bringing her home for the first time to start your new life as a family.

Some families need a little extra help before they can bring their babies home, and the March of Dimes is there for them. Founded in 1938, its mission is to give every baby a fighting chance. Along with breakthrough research in maternal and child health, the March of Dimes provides extra support to families with babies in NICU.

You can help the March of Dimes in this important mission while saving on diapers for your own precious baby at the same time. Sign up for a Pampers subscription TODAY – Amazon Prime Day! – with Amazon’s Subscribe & Save program, and Pampers will donate $10 to the March of Dimes.* You’ll save money and time, and never have to worry about running out of diapers.

The March of Dimes NICU Family Support® is designed to support families whose sick or premature babies are in newborn intensive care units (NICU) at more than 100 hospitals around the country.  The program provides information, expert advice, tools, and comfort for the whole family, including grandparents, siblings, and extended family along with the parents and babies. Parents learn how to navigate the NICU experience, how to hold and hug their babies even if they’re attached to breathing machines, and how to transition to caring for their precious babies at home.

Supporting NICU families is only one way the March of Dimes accomplishes its mission.. The organization was originally founded by President Franklin Roosevelt to fight polio, and the March of Dimes funded the development of the Salk and Sabin that ended the dreaded polio epidemic in the United States and most of the world. Today, the March of Dimes works to reduce the rate of premature birth through cutting- edge research and educational programs. Its network of five Prematurity Research Centers integrates nearly 200 scientists across disciplines to accelerate research into premature birth.

With help from Pampers and people like you, the March of Dimes will continue to fund lifesaving research, vaccines, education and programs to fight birth defects, premature birth and infant loss.
