Prince George's Nursery Is Haunted

Don't let the bed ghosts bite.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are letting a bunch of dusty old ghosts raise their son. According to royal biographer Andrew Morton, the room Prince George's nursery is in is haunted. Like, legitimately haunted. When the Duchess went to check up on him the other night, she found his crib levitating. JK. No, but seriously, Baby Cambridge's bedroom is in a spot that's "notorious for ghost sightings."

Morton claims that deceased royals George II, Caroline of Brunswick, and Princess Sophia have all been seen in the Prince's room, which is in Apartment 1A of Kensington Palace. He also said: "Princess Margaret's housekeeper told her she saw a woman in Regency dress suddenly appear in front of her then vanish through a wall." So, yeah. No thanks on that.

More from The Stir: Kate Middleton & Prince William Should Do Whatever It Takes to Protect George's Privacy

I'm guessing that neither William nor Kate believe in this kind of nonsense, because who, in their right mind, would put their newborn in a haunted room if they believed in ghosts.

Or ...

Maybe they do believe in ghosts and they're hoping Princess Diana will pay little Georgie a visit during one of his naps. That would be so sweet if that were the case, though I'm kinda thinking the Duke and Duchess fall under the former umbrella. Neither strikes me as the Paranormal Activity kind of royal. And when a room is haunted, you can't really control the visitors who "drop by."

Hopefully, all will remain uneventful in the little Prince's nursery. Though if Will and Kate are ever feeling up for a scare, they ought to invest in one of those video monitors. Everything looks scary as hell through those screens -- especially at night.

Do you believe in ghosts?

My niece talks to her grandma all the time. My brother-in-law's mom passed away when he was 18 and from the day my sister found out she was pregnant until she found out she was having a girl both she and my brother-in-law would have dreams where his mom was sitting in a rocking chair holding a baby girl. Now, my niece will look up at nothing and just start babbling, and she'll say mmm-ma (how she says grandma since she's 1) and for a little while she'll giggle and talk to the air and then she says 'bye' and goes back to what she was doing.

I believe it.

Yes, I do! Even though I can't see them with my flesh eyes, I could feel them and hear them. It's like a 6th sense in me. At 1st, when reading the headline of this article, I thought it'd be Princess Diana come to pay Prince George visits, but if the ghosts are mean spirited, it would be scary indeed to leave Prince George in that nursery room, no matter how much work Kate put in to decorate it.

they probably don't believe it...until stuff starts happening...I think Prince George will be fine though....he is to be a King afterall!!!

I do believe our loved ones are with us and may appear. I have had similar experiences.

Yes actually I do believe.   That being said I don't believe in poltergeist type stuff.  Anyone who shows up is probably a dead relative.
