'RHOA' Star Kim Zolciak Hates Working Out but Managed to Get One Banging Post-Baby Body

kim zolciakOne of my favorite scenes in all the Housewives is the one where Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is getting some in-home laser treatment for cellulite while eating a piece of pizza. It was at that moment that I was like, yes, I get her. She's prone to ridiculous weight loss treatments like said laser and some weird water-weight-eliminating full body wrap, and I dig her honesty about such laughable attempts at a healthy lifestyle. She's funny and frank.

But her latest attempt to shed some pounds is actually kind of normal. Kim sat down with Life & Style magazine and showed off her post-baby body after giving birth to son Kash just 15 months after popping out son K.J. Her secret to looking so good?

Kim explains:

I’ve lost 30 pounds. I’m only 5 to 8 pounds above my weight before I got pregnant. I never sit on the couch. I think breast-feeding helped me lose some weight, and I was really busy as soon as I got home with Kash. I went straight into filming my spin-off show, Don’t Be Tardy ... [which returns to Bravo in the spring], and I’m sure that helped. I just never sat still!

Breastfeeding and chasing after a teenager, a tween, a toddler, and a newborn? Yeah, I'd say that keeps a woman active.

Kim laments that she'll have to hit the gym to lose those final pounds, but hey, I wouldn't be surprised if she did something expensive and crazy again to try and skirt the issue of working out. Kim's not shy about her hatred of breaking a sweat -- her wig could get messed up, after all -- so we'll see how that gym resolution plays out.

But from the sound of things, if she keeps up the breastfeeding and the general running around that's required of a working mom of four, I'm sure she'll be down to her goal of a size two in no time.

If not, a laser treatment pizza party is but a phone call away.

    It took 5yrs to realize that being fat after popping out is not healthy and good at all. I gained 44lbs but then I started to drink water (didn't drink that since I love soft drink so much) then I ate veggies and fruit instead of carbs and fat (didn't put veggies and fruits before) then I started to walk around. Took 6 six months to let the 44lbs go but worth it :)

    I simply got off my ass I have a job and cleaning up after toddLer constantly is quite the workout
