My first child is due in July on 2013 and while I don't own any baby gear YET, I know that the baby Bjorn is awesome because I carried my niece around in it when I babysat her as a baby!

Got a hand me down Baby Bjorn from my sister, she used it 7 years ago with her youngest! It's the only way to get anything done with my 4.5 month old. DH and I take turns wearing her, but its a bit rough on the back. The "active" version looks like it would help with that!

I have a moby wrap that is pretty awesome once I actually figured out how to use it. And my favorite baby gear right now is the wipe warmer....it sounded like an unneeded luxury till I got one. Now she stays sleepy during those middle of the night diaper changes versus a cold wet surprise waking her up.

Mine is definitely our Chico Cortina travel system - so easy to just pop the seat out of the base in the car and snap it in the stroller. Don't have to wake the baby up getting him out of the car if he falls asleep!

My favorite thing is the swing my brother on law gave me. My son loves constant movement and after holding him for hours my back starts to hurt. Its nice to be able to put him down every once in a while.

The Baby Trend Jogger Stroller circa 2005. They created a newer model which is pure crap but the older one was awesome for when we were living in NYC and I had to walk a lot, plus deal with pot holes. Those little-wheeled strollers would have broke within months but our Baby Trend lasted ages.
