Baby Chats With Siri Like It's a Real Person (VIDEO)

Awww! 2

Baby talks to SiriFrom the time my son was really little, he's always gotten a kick out of playing with my iPhone.

And that's probably why I just couldn't resist checking out this video of an adorable 1-year-old talking to "Siri" on his uncle's phone.

Baby Colt seemed pretty delighted when Siri started talking to him, and couldn't resist babbling back to her, almost like he was trying to have an actual conversation, or believed he was talking to a human being -- not some random robotic voice.

Watch the clip below -- I promise you'll get a kick out of it! (And it will totally put a smile on your face.)

Ha! How cute is this little guy? Seeing his sweet smile and hearing him laugh is such a breath of fresh air, and I loved how Siri kept telling him she didn't understand him. Geez, you'd think Siri would've learned how to speak baby by now, right? (Gah!)

And another thing that was particularly funny about Colt talking to Siri is that he's not normally given cellphones to play with, but somehow he still managed to figure out how to get Siri going, and he actually looks like he knows what he's doing. (Yes, he's obviously seen his mom do it.)

But even so, just look at the way he's holding the phone. Doesn't he appear to be a seasoned professional?

Does your baby like to play with your cellphone?

I love babies being babies. They're so adorable! I don't think it's a good idea to let kids play with cellphones as a rule; the "inconclusive" studies on negative health repercussions aren't so comforting.

Leo does this from time to time.  I mean, we don't let him do it day in and day out, but hey....once in a while for a few giggles or while getting a long errand done....why not :).
