When it was time to register for my baby shower, my husband and I were completely overwhelmed. There is just so much stuff out there for babies. Which wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for all the useless, crude, and just plain bizarre stuff out there.
The creepy and inappropriate onesies they expect parents to put on their kids are bad enough. The clothing that's more expensive than anything I would even put on myself is easy enough to ignore. But I'm talking the flat out weird products that make you wonder: do these people actually have kids?

And if they do, what kind of childhood must these kids be having? Everything from wigs for kids to baby perfume is out there. Just check out some of these wacky offerings for the little ones.
What is the weirdest thing you've seen marketed for babies?

I would totally get the barefoot sandels they are just way too cute, but that soap was way too creepy for my liking.
we got a pee-pee tee-pee as a joke gift for DH after my son was born.... I just put a burp cloth over him when I was afraid i'd get peed on.
The hand pillows don't seem like a bad idea to me. If you dislike it simply because you think it looks weird, than you're kind of missing the reason for it. My daughter had problems sleeping without some kind of hand contact. I had to put her in a bassinet right beside my bed, and sleep with my hands in there (usually around her head). If I had known about it, I would have bought them. The baby highheels are cute, too. Their stuffed, for goodness sake. It's not like you're actually putting them in heels.
I like the barefoot sandals lol
I don't care what anyone says I absolutley love the barefoot sandles. I never knew they had such a thing. I'm getting a pair for my baby girl.:)
