I never intended to breastfeed, did not think it was for me at all. But once I tried it, and loved it, and found that my babies loved it and benefited from it, it was only natural I tried to convince friends and relatives to do the same -- or to at least give it a shot! What many women and newbies don't realize is that for all the nutritional and health benefits there are for baby, there are just as many for mom. Here are 6 amazing benefits to breastfeeding that I love to tell my friends about. Hey, would you mind sharing this for me?

Noone said formula feeders are screwed. It was just a list of the benefits of breastfeeding. I know the boob extremists can be assholes, but there's no reason to be defensive for reading facts about breastfeeding :P
I'm not saying I believe this claim or not. All I will say is that I formula fed 7 children and have remained thin/skinny throughout my adult life. I'm 45 years old and weigh the same weight I did at 25. Exercising daily and eating correctly EVERYDAY is the only way to have a "rockin' body." Walking, abstaining from fast food, mircowave meals and soda will keep you thin. Also, you will actually have more energy to do the things you did when you were 20. Throw in A LOT of fruit, veggies and some MEAT, yes, meat; and you will look and feel amazing.
I've yet to experience the miraculous weight loss everyone mentions. And I don't eat badly.
