Do you do Mommy and Me yoga? If there aren't any classes around you, you might want to take a look at the new DVD Yoga with Your Baby. I haven't seen it myself, but it's got 20 yoga poses for you and the baby, two audio tracks (Baby - 3 months to 17 months; Toddler 18 months to 4 years), songs to sing to your baby, and parenting tips. It's $19.95, which is what one Mommy and Me yoga class costs me so that seems like a good deal! The downside is you won't get to interact with other moms and babies—unless you have everyone over for a playdate!

I own this DVD && personally I find it cheesy && my child HATES it.
I have this DVD and I love it!!!! I love the music and I find it quite calming and so does my 7 month old daughter, by the end of the dvd she is so relaxed she drifts off to sleep. Ou
Do they sell these at Target or Walmart? I would like to check them out!
I would definitely buy this. I just got a book called Itsy Bitsy Yoga and it is great! It has a ton of poses to do with an infant through toddler.
I wonder if this would be good for a beginner. I've never done yoga but might like to try and doing it with my kids would be awesome!
They sell this at Wal-Mart, that's where I got mine && it's definitely good for beginners.
We create yoga DVD and were wondering what you liked and what would you change about this one?
